I finally received the extra long, custom made band. Excited to receive it.
BUT the mechanical parts would NOT slide into the new Ultra 3 Apple Watch.
I tried both ways, I tried pressing the button and not pressing. I re read the apple instructions to be sure. I have no trouble installing my Apple Milanese band. I contracted O2 and you sent me a return sticker. Now I am waiting. Please inform me that you have received it and are inspecting or replacing or crediting my credit card and giving up. Either way do something and inform the customer. Thanks.

the leather of the wallet is fine. It’s the poor magnet that holds the phone that sucks. My new phone has fallen off at least 6 times already. I’m ready to return it.
I’ve never received the 2 leather cases for iPhone 17 pro max. Both which were supposed to engraved with initials .
I was supposed to receive these items over 2 weeks ago.
I tried reaching out numerous times. And never received any type of response.
I’ve requested a refund of the $220.00. Still no response.
