SHIPPING

We offer free USPS First Class shipping on all U.S. orders over $90. After we ship the package, we will send you an email with the tracking number. O2 Leather is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen after being delivered by USPS or FedEx Express. No order will be reshipped if USPS or FedEx has updated your package information as "delivered."

Depending on your location and/or stock availability, orders may ship from either our US or Istanbul warehouse. Istanbul warehouse shipments will be via FedEx Express and usually take 2-3 days to arrive.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.

We usually prepare and ship orders within 1-2 business days (except for custom requests).

Shipping Time: Shipping usually takes 3-7 days via USPS First Class, and 2 business days via FedEx 2Day.

Free Shipping: Shipping within the US is free for orders over $90.

FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you selected Free Returns & Exchanges at checkout, you can shop with confidence knowing that returns and exchanges are easier and hassle-free.

Free Returns: For eligible orders shipped within the United States, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

Free Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item, we offer one free exchange per order. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your exchange.

Please note that the Free Returns & Exchanges option applies only to orders where this option was selected at checkout. Free return shipping labels are available for orders within the United States only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to almost every country, including Australia, Japan, and Canada, via FedEx Express. International delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. If you'd like to confirm shipping availability or estimated delivery time for your country, feel free to contact us at info@o2leather.com.
