All of our items are made of full grain cowhide leather.  SGS, an international firm based in Switzerland with 2400 offices and laboratories around the world, tests the leather quality. SGS is accredited by an international German firm, DAKKS. You can find more information about SGS.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

We have one year manufacturer's warranty. Our manufacturer's warranty includes manufacturing defects on the product and accessories. The damages done because of the personal use is not included such as overloading, perforation, use of chemical products on the leather. 

Our warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship but does not apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal marking from wear and tear, or if you just change your mind. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of the product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered. Putting more cards than recommended in our wallets is too tough on our stitches and they will likely surrender in defeat. Each wallet is designed with a specific amount of cards. Spilling paint, leaving it in the water, sea or pool also not covered.
