Returns Policy


For the first 30 days, if you are not 100% satisfied with your O2Leather item, no matter what it is or why, send it back for a full refund. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges that are in their original condition and have not been worn or altered. Custom or personalized items are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For cancellations, please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a production flaw or our error (when you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you would like to exchange an item, we will issue a store credit once we receive the item from you.

You should expect to receive your refund within a week after we have the item.

If you need to return an item, simply send an e-mail to info@o2leather.com. We'll notify you via e-mail about your refund or item exchange.

After you receive a return confirmation, you can send your item to the address below. Please write your name, order number and the reason for return (i.e. exchange, refund) on a paper.

Important: Full refund does not include additional shipping payment (i.e. FedEx payments). So if you selected FedEx 2 Day or Overnight, we will not refund that payment.
