Warranty & Returns Policy
For the first 30 days, if you are not 100% satisfied with your O2Leather item, no matter what it is or why, send it back for a full refund. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges that are in their original condition and have not been worn or altered, otherwise we may require a restocking fee. Custom or personalized items are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For cancellations, please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
During the Christmas period we extend our usual 30 day returns window to 25-Jan on all orders placed on or after 14-Nov.
If the return is a result of a production flaw or our error (when you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will exchange the item free of charge.
You should expect to receive your refund within a week after we have the item.
If you need to return an item, simply send an e-mail to info@o2leather.com. We'll notify you via e-mail about your refund or item exchange.
After you receive a return confirmation, you can send your item to the address below. Please write your name, order number and the reason for return (i.e. exchange, refund) on a paper.

- Broken straps
- Tears to the external leather structure (caused by normal usage)
- Hardware defects (broken zips, buckles, adapters)
WHAT WE DO NOT COVER:
- General wear and tear or accidental damage
- Disregard of product care instructions or water damage
- Alterations made to the product by a third party
- Natural ageing process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
- Send us an email with photos detailing the fault
- Please include details of your order
- Including the date of purchase
- We’ll get back to you within 24 hours
