Returns Policy


For the first 30 days, if you are not 100% satisfied with your O2Leather item, no matter what it is or why, send it back for a full refund. We will gladly accept returns/exchanges that are in their original condition and have not been worn or altered, otherwise we may require a restocking fee. Custom or personalized items are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For cancellations, please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a production flaw or our error (when you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you would like to exchange an item, we will issue a store credit once we receive the item from you.

You should expect to receive your refund within a week after we have the item.

If you need to return an item, simply send an e-mail to info@o2leather.com. We'll notify you via e-mail about your refund or item exchange.

After you receive a return confirmation, you can send your item to the address below. Please write your name, order number and the reason for return (i.e. exchange, refund) on a paper.

Important: Full refund does not include additional shipping payment (i.e. FedEx payments). So if you selected FedEx 2 Day or Overnight, we will not refund that payment.
