Leave a message at the check out for the text and the location.
For watch straps default location is the inside of the strap.
For phone cases, default location is the front right hand corner.

If you prefer a logo/picture, you should have the picture with white background. Please send the picture to info@o2leather.com. 

Please do not exceed 20 characters for watch straps.

We can write symbols -like heart symbol (❤).

Note: You can buy this service if you buy a leather item (like a watch strap, wallet, phone case, cable organizer etc) from our store.

Shipping typically takes 3-4 business days (via USPS First Class - Free) and 2 business days (via FedEx 2Day/USPS Priority).

For the first 30 days, if you are not 100% satisfied with your O2 Leather item, no matter what it is or why, send it back for a full refund.

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges that are in their original condition and have not been worn or altered, otherwise we may require a restocking fee.

LEATHER QUALITY

We exclusively use full-grain cowhide leather. We possess certificates for our leather products, providing you with confidence in your choice of a full-grain leather product.

Every item is covered by a one-year warranty, guaranteeing the major functionality and structure of our products.
