Nice product but ships from turkey. Took 9 days to arrive.

Unfortunately, the case was out of stock in Texas, so we shipped it from our production center in Istanbul via FedEx Express. Shipping took 2 business days; we shipped on Thursday, and it was delivered on Monday. Since your order was placed on Sunday, there was a delay in handling the case. Your shipping preference was USPS. Please note that USPS shipping typically takes 5-7 days, so I hope the delay was not too significant.

Nice Product, Shows Scratches Easily

I love this product, from the monogram to the magnetic close to the magnetic release of the phone from the card case for times when I want to carry less. Only drawback is that it shows scratches easily so you have to be okay with a quasi-distressed look (which I am).

About a day into the process you reached out and informed me that you were out of stock in black and no indication when it would be back in stock. I settled for antique brown. You also refunded me the 2-day delivery fee.

Happy with the product quality overall. The custom monogram is nice too! The ordering process could use a little fine tuning.
