I went to track the delivery of my order since it was well over the estimated timeframe. It stated that there was an issue with verification or something along those lines. I contacted O2, and they said they believe it was lost and will ship a replacement. I waited a week and didn’t hear back, so I reached out again and they said it would be shipped in a few days. I’ve ordered 2 times in the past and never had this experience. I’m super disappointed and will look elsewhere for a leather phone case. I’m not hopeful that I will ever get my order. :(
