Great leather band compliments your daily activities

It fits and looks great. This is my second wallet case from O2 leather.
I received a band that looks nothing like the one I ordered. The band in the picture on the site is clearly a lined and raised strap, the one I received is a flat band I contacted their “customer support” with pictures from their website and what I got. The response I received was “I’ll look into it. -Ali” I followed up a few days later after getting no answers, and still haven’t heard back 5 days later. The watch band I did receive feels cheap, the color is painted on, and the clasp is flimsy. Very disappointed in the lack of ability to correctly fulfil an order, the lack of quality, and the lack of customer service. Would not purchase from this company again.
